Sunway Putra Mall Good Fortune Shop, Spin & Win Campaign Terms and Conditions

 

1. Organizer & Eligibility

• Sunway Putra Mall Good Fortune Shop, Spin & Win Rewards Campaign (“the Campaign”) is organized by Sunway Putra Mall (“the Organizer”).
• The Campaign is open to all residing in Malaysia except for those stipulated in paragraph 1.3 below. For Malaysians below the age of 18, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained (“Eligible Participant”)
• Owner and staff of tenants/outlets are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their store.
  

2. Campaign Duration and Redemption

• The Campaign starts from 5 January 2024 at 10.00am and closes 18 February 2024 at 9:30pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organizer, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall always remain in full force and effect. Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall automatically be disqualified.
• Winners can redeem their gifts (“Redemption Items”) from 5 January 2024 at 10.00am until closes 18 February 2024 at 9:30pm (“Redemption Period”). The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Redemption Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organizer, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Gifts that are not redeemed from the Concierge Counter, GF by 9:30pm, 18 February 2024 will be void and will no longer be redeemable.
• Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items
• Redemptions and items availability are while stocks last.
• Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/gift.
• All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.

 

3. How to Participate?

To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following:

• Step 1: Purchase from participating outlets of Sunway Putra Mall with minimum spend of RM200 in a maximum of two receipts.
• Step 2: Scan the QR code on the relevant touchpoints at Sunway Putra Mall at to access the official WhatsApp Chatbot platform {https://qr1.be/ UERW}
• Step 3: Eligible Participants will need to initiate a WhatsApp message and submit the following information:
• a) First Name
• b) Email address
• c) Identification Number
• d) Gender
• e) Race

 

• Step 4: Upload purchase receipt(s) through WhatsApp Chatbot with receipt that was purchased during campaign duration at any participating Sunway Putra Mall outlet.
• Only Eligible Participants who complete Step 1 to Step 4 will participate in the Campaign.
• Photo submission of Official Receipt must meet the following criteria:
  Photo must clearly show the transaction amount, date of purchase, name of outlet, and Official Receipt number.
• Each photo must only contain one receipt at a time.
• Photos must meet minimum visual quality standards. Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposures, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity will not be accepted and will be disqualified. The Organizer’s decisions are final.
• Step 5: Upon the submission of a valid receipt and subsequent approval by SKALE Smart Receipt, the user shall be provided with access to the "Sunway Putra Malls’ Good Fortune Shop, Spin & Win" platform via link on WhatsApp
• Step 6: The user will be entitled to engage in spinning the wheel within the platform, with the eligibility to spin determined based on their cumulative expenditure. For every RM200 spent, the user shall earn one spin opportunity, with a maximum of 1 spin per customer per day.
• Step 7: The user shall receive gifts based on the outcome of their spin.
• Step 8: Winners will be notified of their gift via WhatsApp.
• Step 10: Winners are to redeem their gift from the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. The redemption period will be from the date of the spin until 18 February 2024.

4. Retention of original Official Receipt for verification purposes.

• The Organizer reserves the right to request the original Official Receipt(s) from Eligible Participants at time of redemption for verification purposes.
• The Organizer reserves the right to determine if Eligible Participants have fulfilled the requirements to participate in the Campaign.

5. Right of the Organizer

• The Organizer, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with the Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from the Campaign and will not be responsible or held liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from any participant’s participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any suits, claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees that may be arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
• All entries will be the property of the Organizer and the Eligible Participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Eligible Participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, the Eligible Participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
• By participating the Campaign, each Eligible Participants is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.
• Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

6 Privacy Policy

• The protection of personal data is an important concern to Sunway Malls and any personal data collected on this form will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2021 Notice of the company at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/
• Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Act 2021 Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on refer https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.

How can I participate in the Sunway Putra Mall’s Good Fortune Shop, Spin & Win Rewards Campaign?

Each participant is eligible to one spin per day.

Where can I find Sunway Putra list of participating outlets?

Visit our website to view all participating outlets. Do note that owners and staff of tenants/outlets are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their store.

I have problems uploading a receipt.

Can I upload receipts of purchases from different days?

 No, your receipts are only valid for the Good Fortune Shop, Spin and Win if they are from the same day.

 

How do I claim my gifts?

You can claim your gifts by visiting the "Gifts" section on the Spin & Win platform when you have won a gift. To redeem your gift, select the relevant voucher, and head over to Sunway Putra Mall's concierge desk before 18 February 2024, 9:30pm. Present the provided message and they will assist you in entering a unique 6-digit PIN to validate and issue the voucher, after which your gift will be handed to you.

When can I claim my gifts?

You can claim your gifts no later than 18 February 2024, 9:30pm. Gifts that are not redeemed from the Concierge Counter, GF by 9:30pm, 18 February 2024 will be void and will no longer be redeemable.
