TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REDEMPTION TIER 1):

• • Promotion is eligible for customers who spend a min of RM60 in 2 receipts, within the same day of the purchase in the mall.
• • Promotion is exclusive between 7 Mar - 6 Apr 2025.
• • Applicable on weekdays, weekends & public holidays for cars that enters between 10am – 2pm ONLY.
• • Only applicable for cars (parkers) that enter Sunway Putra Mall by accessing the License Plate Registration (LPR) system. Not applicable for season pass, valet, motorcycle and loading bay entries.
• • Validation at Concierge Counter, GF (opposite Starbucks) and to redeem the exclusive promo before 10pm.
• • Payment to be made at Parking KIOSK or Exit Stations prior to leaving the mall.
• • All payment methods are applicable except cash payment.
• • Purchase receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payment, card reloads, instalment plan payments of any kind are not eligible to redeem.
• • Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own store.
• • Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) and receipts when necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REDEMPTION TIER 2, 3 AND 4):

• • The EIDisi Redemptions are only redeemable from 10am -10pm at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer, per day.
• • Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• • Purchase receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payment, card reloads, instalment plan payments of any kind are not eligible to redeem.
• • For EIDisi Redemptions, only valid for original receipts from purchase made at Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt, including receipts from vendor booths at Main Concourse, Ground Floor and East Wing, Level 2.
• • Shopper must be presented for redemption.
• • Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own store.
• • Shoppers are required to complete Manual or E-Redemption Form before redeeming the redemption items.
• • No photocopies of forms and receipts are allowed.
• • Items availability is while stocks last.
• • Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• • Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• • Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• • All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
• • Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
• • Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.
• • All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
• • By participating the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
• • Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.
• • Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
• • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., EON Berhad, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this Contest.
2. An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
   • a. Spend at any Sunway Malls for EIDisi Manis from 28 February – 6 April 2025 (except Sunway Giza and Sunway Citrine).
   • b. Each redemption automatically earns an entry to one (1) lucky draw.
   • c. Lucky draw Contest ends on 6 April 2025, and the winners will be announced by 14 April 2025.
3. By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Malls and EON Berhad the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest as well as for marketing and promotional activities conducted by EON Berhad.
4. EON Berhad reserves the right to select the color of the prizes where applicable. Visual(s) of the prizes used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest is/are only for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual color or specifications of the prizes and excludes any optional accessories. Prizes are given out on an “as is” basis.
5. By participating in this Contest, the winners acknowledge and agree that Sunway Malls and EON Berhad exclude all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded prizes and/or the Contest. Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes.
6. Sunway Malls may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Malls or individual mall’s official website or Facebook page.
7. Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Malls, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by Sunway Malls. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
8. If Sunway Malls is unable to contact the winners after three (3) attempts within 2 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Malls reserves the right to cancel the winners’ entry, the non-contactable winners shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Malls on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
9. Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prizes with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
10. Sunway Malls’ decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Malls.
11. The winners must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
12. In the event the winners fail to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prizes, which the prizes shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
13. The prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
14. A total of three (3) prizes will be given as the “Grand Prize”. Only one (1) winner will be selected for each prize.

16. The prize ceremony will be held at Sunway Pyramid. However, winners are required to collect the actual prizes at EON Head Office Complex, Glenmarie. Date and time shall be notified to the winners via email or any other mode of communication appropriate by Sunway Malls and EON Berhad.
17. All taxes, costs, charges, fees and/or expenses of whatsoever nature that are associated with the prizes shall be borne by the winners absolutely. For clarity, the winners shall bear the car registration fee, road tax, insurance coverage and any other miscellaneous costs relating to the prizes.
18. The registration process must be completed within thirty (30) days upon announcement of the winners.
19. Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

21. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of Sunway Malls.
