    The mall is open daily from 10AM - 10PM. However, please note that some cafes within the mall such as Starbucks (9AM) & HWC Coffee (9AM) open earlier than the mall's official operating hours

    Yes. These amenities are complimentary for use in the mall premises.

  • ARE THERE ANY FEES INCURRED TO RENT A BABY STROLLER / WHEELCHAIR / OTHER AMENITIES?

    A refundable deposit of RM 50 is required for the rental/hire of amenities.

  • WHERE DO I LOAN THE BABY STROLLER / WHEELCHAIR / OTHER AMENITIES?

    Kindly proceed to our Concierge located on the Ground Floor or call us at +603-2786 9333 should you require any assistance.

  • MAY I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THE AMENITIES?

    You can call our Concierge before arriving to the mall or when you are already in the mall to reserve an amenity.

  • MAY I USE THE AMENITIES FOR THE ENTIRE DAY?

    The duration per usage shall not exceed four (4) hours and must be returned before 9.30PM.

  • WILL I GET BACK MY DEPOSIT AFTER RETURNING THE AMENITIES?

    If you return the item in good condition, just as you borrowed it, your deposit will be refunded.

  • MAY I USE THE AMENITIES AT SUNWAY HOTELS?

    Our facilities are designed specifically for use within Sunway Putra and are not suitable for outdoor use. Additionally, they are not intended for use by hotel guests.

  • WHAT IS THE AGE AND WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE BABY STROLLER?

    Our baby strollers are suitable for children below 5 years old or below 15kg.

  • MAY I KNOW IF I AM ELIGBLE TO USE THE WHEELCHAIR?

    The wheelchairs are prioritised for the physically disabled, elderly, pregnant ladies as well as those with walking difficulties.

  • I OFTEN VISIT SUNWAY PUTRA WITH MY TODDLERS AND I AM ALWAYS WORRIED ABOUT THEIR SAFETY. HOW CAN SUNWAY PUTRA HELP ME WITH THIS?

    Child safety in the mall is one of our main priorities. For parents with toddlers, feel free to get a Child Emergency Tattoo and Wristband from of our Concierges located at Ground Floor.

  • WHAT DOES A CHILD WRISTBAND AND TATTOO DO?

    A child wristband is part of Sunway Putra Mall’s effort in ensuring that a lost child can be reunited with their parents as soon as possible in the event that they accidentally part ways in the mall. Our Customer Care Personnel will guide you to write your contact details on the wristband.

    As for the child emergency tattoo, it has the mall's emergency contact information and can be placed on your child's arm in case of emergencies.

  • MY MOBILE PHONE RAN OF BATTERY. IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO RECHARGE MY PHONE IN THE MALL?

    Yes, Sunway Putra provides power banks for loan. Additionally, there's a charging station available at Level 2 for your convenience. Kindly proceed to our Concierge Counters on G Floor for more information.

  • CAN I BRING THE POWER BANK HOME?

    Our power bank is only meant for usage within Sunway Putra Mall. Kindly return it before you exit the mall.

  • WHAT IF I FORGOT TO RETURN THE POWER BANK AND ACCIDENTALLY TOOK IT HOME?

    Kindly contact our Concierge immediately at +603-2786 9333.

  • WHAT IF I LOST THE POWERBANK OR I DROP THE POWERBANK AND THERE ARE VISIBLE SCRATCHES OR DENT?

    As is the power bank is a complimentary amenity by Sunway Putra Mall, we would appreciate if you could take good care of the item. If you lose the power bank or if there are visible scratches or dents due to dropping it, the deposit you provided will be forfeited as per our policy.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE POWER BANK STOPS FUNCTIONING?

    Kindly contact our Concierge for immediate rectification and/or replacement.

  • WHAT IS THE AGE AND WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE ADULT WHEELCHAIR?

    Adult wheelchair is suitable for patrons below 100 kg.

  • WHAT ARE THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE BABY ROOMS?

    From 10.00am till 10.00pm.

  • WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE BABY ROOM?

    Our baby rooms are equipped with a hot water machine to prepare milk, jumbo paper towels, plastic bags for diaper disposal and calm music to relax while bonding with your baby you can also control the volume for the music. A cleaner is designated to ensure cleanliness and a high level of hygiene in our baby rooms. Should you require assistance, approach our Customer Care personnel.

  • CAN MY HUSBAND ACCOMPANY ME IN TO THE BABY ROOM?

    Yes, he may. However, it is not advisable for him to be in the nursing room

    It's only for registered austistic individual and their guardians or parents who want some down time and a quiet space to ease stress levels and find some peace in a busy, noisy mall. Visit Concierge Counter, GF to learn more.

  • WHAT ARE THE DO & DON'T INSIDE THE CALM ROOM?

    DO:
    Accompany and supervise your children at all times.
    Keep the Calm Room clean and tidy before you leave
    Keep your voice down
    Respect and share the amenities with others

    DON'T:
    Wear your shoes inside
    Drink and eat
    Take anything that does not belong to you

  • WHAT ARE THE PARKING RATES?

    Sunway Putra Mall parking rates:
    As of Monday to Sunday including Public Holiday:
    - 1st (1) Hour = RM3.00
    - 2nd (2) Hour = RM2.00
    - 3rd (3) Hour = RM1.00
    ** Every subsequent hour & part thereof = RM2.00
    - Maximum per day = RM26.00

    Valet Parking:
    - Monday - Thursday = RM16 (4 hours)
    ** Every subsequent hour = RM2.00
    - Friday - Sunday & Public Holiday - RM20 (4hours)
    ** Every subsequent hour = RM2.00

  • I AM WATCHING A MIDNIGHT MOVIE. CAN I PARK IN THE MALL?

    Yes, our carpark is open 24 hours. However, we do not encourage you to leave your vehicle overnight.

  • DO YOU HAVE ANY EXCLUSIVE PARKING AREA?

    Yes, we do. But it's exclusive for Autsome members with valid parking stickers. To access the exclusive Parking zone, you may proceed to Basement 1.

  • DO YOU HAVE DESIGNATED DISABLED PARKING BAYS?

    Yes, we have a total of 4 disabled parking bays. You may locate them at:
    - Near Lift N, B1 (2 parking slots)
    - Near Lift N, B2 (2 parking slots)

  • WHAT ARE THE CARPARK HELPDESK OPERATION HOURS?

    The Carpark helpdesk operation hours are from 8.00 am – 1.00 am daily.

  • WHERE ARE YOUR CARPARK HELPDESKS LOCATED?

    Our carpark helpdesks are located on Basement 1, next to motorcycle parking. If you have difficulties in locating them, kindly contact them at +603-2786 9428.

  • WHERE CAN I RELOAD MY TOUCH N GO IN THE MALL?

    You may reload your Touch n Go at the convenient store and pharmacy such as 7-Eleven & Caring.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PARKING?

    Payment can be done as follows:

    1. Pay at the Auto Pay Stations in the integrated carpark via cash. The Auto Pay Stations are located at:

    - Level 8 (nearby sliding door)
    - Level 8 hotel (entrance hotel parking)
    - Level 7 (lift Sunway Putra Tower)
    - Level 6 (lift Sunway Putra Tower)
    - Level 5 (escalator to parking Level 5)
    - LG (in front VIVO PIZZA)
    - B1 N (in font of lift N, parking B1)
    - B1 C (beside lift B1 C4)

  • DO I NEED MINIMUM CREDIT ON MY E-WALLET TO ENTER?

    No, the system allows all vehicles to enter the carpark. Do remember to check that your e-wallet has sufficient balance before proceeding to make payment prior to your exit.

  • IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD?

    Upon entering the carpark, there is a standard 15 minutes’ grace period where you may exit without any charges incurred.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T EXIT WITHIN THE GRACE PERIOD?

    You will be required to pay the hourly parking charges in order to exit. For further assistance, you may contact our friendly carpark personnel using the boom gate intercom machine or by calling +603-2786 9428.

  • CAN I RESERVE PARKING SPACES?

    No, reserving parking spaces is not available.

  • IS THERE A SPECIAL RATE FOR STUDENTS OR ELDERLY?

    No, there are no special rates available at the moment

  • WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING?

    We do not encourage overnight parking in the mall. But if you do so, a maximum charge of RM26 per day will apply

  • WILL THERE BE MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS IN FUTURE?

    Yes, we will be introducing more payment options in the future.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PARKING FEE?

  • WILL RECEIPTS BE GENERATED IF I WANT TO MAKE CLAIMS?

    Yes, receipts will be available after each successful payment (only for physical tickets, not available for cashless entry) You may also head to the Carpark Help Desk for receipt assistance. The Carpark Help Desks are located at Basement 1 - next to motorcyle parking.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET STUCK AT THE CARPARK ENTRY/EXIT?

    Kindly press the intercom button at the exit or call our friendly carpark helpdesk at +603-2786 3428 for assistance.

  • WHAT IS THE OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS OF THE PARKING?

    Our exits are open 24/7.

  • ARE THERE ANY EV OR HYBRID CHARGING STATIONS IN THE MALL?

    Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid charging stations are located at Preferred Parking starting in early April .

  • HOW MANY CHARGING BAYS ARE LOCATED AT SUNWAY PUTRA?

    We have total 9 charging bays. 6 bays for Tesla and 3 bays for EV/Hybrid car.

  • WHERE IS EV/HYBRID & TESLA SUPERCHARGER STATION LOCATED?

    Tesla Supercharger Station is located at Basement 2.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE CHARGES FOR TESLA SUPERCHARGER PARKING BAY?

    There's no charges at the moment. Tesla car owner only be charges as per normal parking rate.

  • CAN MY HYBRID CAR USE THE TESLA SUPERCHARGER?

    No, hybrid car can not use Tesla Supercharger. Tesla Supercharger is ONLY for Tesla user.

  • WHICH IS THE NEAREST LRT STATION TO SUNWAY PUTRA FROM KL SENTRAL?

    The nearest LRT station is the Rapid LRT PWTC station. To get to Sunway Putra Mall from KL Sentral, you can take the Kelana Jaya LRT to Masjid Jamek, and from Masjid Jamek, you will need to change to LRT Ampang or Sri Petaling Line (towards Sentul Timur) and stop at PWTC station. From there just simply follow the signage and pathfinders towards the mall.

  • WHICH IS THE NEAREST KTM STATION TO SUNWAY PUTRA FROM KL SENTRAL?

    The nearest KTM Station is the Putra Station. Sunway Putra Mall is just a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the station.

  • GRAB / TAXI

    You may also opt for alternative modes of transportation. It will save you the hassle of changing from one station to another and the price is cheaper for a group of four travelers.

  • WHERE ARE THE LOCKERS LOCATED?

    Multiple Locations:
    Level 3 next to female Surau (small locker)
    Lower Ground next to The Manhattan Fish Market (small & large lockers)

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM STORAGE TIME PER LOCKER?

    We do not encourage customers to keep things over night for safety & security reasons.

  • WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE LOCKER? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    SMALL LOCKER: Fee : RM 1.50 ( 3x NEW RM 0.50 coins)
    LARGE LOCKER: Fee : 2 tokens (RM 20.00 per use)

  • HOW DO I RENT A LOCKER?

    For Small locker:
    STEP 1 - By using 50 sen coins, you can change cash notes to coins at our concierge counter at GF
    STEP 2 - Insert coins into the machine, put your baggage inside the locker and close the door.
    STEP 3 - Turn the key to the left and pull out the key.

    For Large locker:
    STEP 1 - Approach our Concierge counter at Ground Floor to buy the locker token
    STEP 2 - Insert tokens into the machine, put your baggage inside the locker and close the door.
    STEP 3 - Turn the key to the left and pull out the key.

    * Customers are not encouraged to keep valuable / digital items inside the locker for safety reasons.

  • WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I LOST/MISPLACED THE LOCKER KEY?

    Proceed to the our Concierge counter or call +603-2786 9333 to report the loss . Our Customer Care personnel will accompany you to retrieve your belongings from the locker. Photo of your item will be taken for documentation. There's a RM50 fee for using a credit card with security to open the locker.

  • CAN THE LOCKER BE USED MULTIPLE TIMES?

    No. After locking, you may only open the locker once when you want to retrieve your item.

  • IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND COUNTER IN SUNWAY PUTRA MALL?

    Yes. You may speak to our Concierge team located at Ground Floor or contact them at +603-2786 9333.

  • HOW DO I REPORT A LOST ITEM?

    Contact us at +603-2786 9333 or visit our Concierge Counter to report your lost item. Please provide your name, contact details, and a clear description of the item.

  • I FOUND AN ITEM SOMEWHERE INSIDE THE MALL. WHO SHOULD I HAND IT TO?

    You may approach our Concierge Counter to hand in the item. Our Customer Care Personnel will take down your name and contact details for documentation purposes. Some owners may want to thank you for returning their item, however, your contact number will only be revealed with your consent. At the same time, if you wish to remain anonymous, we respect your decision.

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CLAIMING A LOST AND FOUND ITEM?

    You will need to verify that item belongs to you. For example; if it is a hand phone with security lock, you will be asked to unlock it. For other items, you will be asked to describe the contents of the item. After verification, you will need to write down your full name, identification and contact number for documentation purposes.

  • CAN I CLAIM LOST AND FOUND ITEMS ON BEHALF OF MY FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND?

    We advise the owner of the item to collect the item themselves personally, however if the person is unable to be present, do not hesitate to contact us beforehand to inform us that you will be collecting the item on his/her behalf. You will be required to provide related information upon claiming.

  • I MADE A LOST ITEM REPORT A FEW DAYS AGO HOWEVER I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATES FROM SUNWAY PUTRA MALL. WHY IS THIS SO?

    It is highly likely that your item has not been found. Feel free to contact our Concierges via phone or walk in for confirmation.

  • IS THERE A SURAU OR MUSLIM PRAYER ROOM IN SUNWAY PUTRA?

    Yes. The Surau or Muslim Prayer Room female/male is located at:

    Level 3 (behind toilet next to Sox World)
    Level 5 next to Arokaya massage center

    Our surau open from 12pm - 9pm daily.

  • SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT MY BELONGINGS WHILE IN THE SURAU?

    We would like to advise you to take care of your belongings and ensure that your belongings are within sight during prayer to avoid misfortune or loss.
