TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- By participating in this contest each participant agrees to follow these official terms & conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by Sunway Malls & Sunway Putra Mall (the "Organisers ") including any interpretations.
- Upon arrival, participants are required to register themselves at the registration counter at Main Concourse, Ground Floor.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to open the slot to the walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 10 minutes late. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the treasure hunt.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of participants for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice unless prohibited by law.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
- Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information to validate registration for the event. Any unclear or incomplete details will render the participation void.
OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS
- By participating in the treasure hunt, the participants grant Sunway Putra Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious or invalid.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to cancel or postpone the treasure hunt at its own discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
- Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.
- All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
- By participating the Campaign, all participants is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.
- Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
